Growth-agency intake site
The agency was selling ads. We rebuilt the public offer as consulting vs partnership and put a strategy-call application in front of the work.

The situation & problem
Kafu Media runs client-acquisition systems. The site had to qualify serious buyers and keep tire-kickers off the calendar.
The operational constraints
English-first positioning, two engagement modes, application rather than an open calendar.
Architectural tradeoffs & what was refused
A portfolio grid of ads. A “get a quote” form with budget dropdowns and no filter.
What I built & shipped
Offer narrative, engagement model, and a strategy-call application.
Architecture & stack
TypeScript, Next.js, application form. The call is gated, not booked by anyone with an email.
Result & measurable impact
Inbound now applies for a call instead of asking for a media-buy price.
Next iterations & roadmap
Application scoring so unqualified leads never hit the calendar.
